We understand that plans can change, which is why we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time or for no-shows, a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost will be charged to the credit card provided at booking.
